Smiling Critters Catnap and Dogday PVC Anime Figures
I recently got my hands on the Smiling Critters Catnap and Dogday figures to see how this 2026 release stacks up for collectors. These figures capture that specific "terror monster" vibe that has become so popular in modern animation, making them a standout addition to any display.
Performance & Build Quality
Constructed from high-quality PVC, these figures feel sturdy enough to handle occasional handling while maintaining the fine details of their exaggerated cartoon features. The molding is clean, ensuring that the distinct, slightly unsettling characteristics of the characters are clearly defined and visible from a distance.

These figures are ready for display right out of the box, requiring no assembly or complex setup. They hold their balance well on flat surfaces, making them low-maintenance items that look great on a desk or collector's shelf.
